Plots 2 & 3 progressing well. The Brickwork is almost complete. The Roof Trusses are being installed and the Case Manager, OT and Solicitor acting as Guardian for the buyer are on site inspecting the work and finalising the internal layout changes we have been discussing over the past three months.

Plots 2 & 3 concrete foundation slab has now been laid and facing brickwork delivered ready for the shell to commence building. The 150mm thick Insulation and 60mm screed floor will be laid after the shell and roof have been completed.

Plot 1 ready for a sand blinding and then pouring the concrete foundation slab on 6th January 2025.

At last! The piles have been capped with the Ringbeam re-enforced mesh and now being concreted. Work on the brickwork sub structure for the slab can commence next week.

AND WE'RE OFF!! Work started today on the foundations for the bungalows.
Hopefully, the weather will be good the next couple of days to make good progress (or complete) the foundations for plots 2 &3.
